Work From Home Office Amazon Finds
Working from home sounds like a dream…until you realize how easy it is to get distracted, uncomfortable, unmotivated, or completely burnt out. After working remotely for the past four years, I’ve learned that creating a productive and enjoyable workspace truly makes all the difference. Over time, I’ve tested countless products, routines, and setups to figure out what actually helps me stay focused, organized, and motivated throughout the workday. Whether you’re a full-time remote employee, a student, a content creator, or just someone who spends a lot of time at a desk, these are the work-from-home essentials that I genuinely use and love. If you’re looking to upgrade your setup and make your days feel a little more productive (and aesthetic), here are my absolute must-haves. 1. Noise-Canceling Headphones One of the biggest game changers for my productivity has been a good pair of noise-canceling headphones. They instantly help me focus, especially when I need to block out distractions or get into deep work mode. I use AirPods Max, and they’ve been worth every bit of the investment. The sound quality is amazing, the noise cancellation is next level, and they make working or even just answering emails feel way more intentional. 2. A Large Water Bottle Hydration sounds simple, but it completely changes how I feel throughout the day. Having a large water bottle at my desk helps me stay consistent without even thinking about it. It also keeps me from constantly getting up and getting distracted, which helps me stay in flow during work sessions. 3. A Comfortable Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse Multi Device Is a MUST Keyboard Mouse If you spend hours at a computer every day, your keyboard and mouse matter more than you think. Once I upgraded mine, I immediately noticed a huge difference in both comfort and productivity. One of the biggest things I recommend is going wireless Bluetooth. It keeps your desk clean, minimal, and clutter free and honestly makes your entire setup feel more aesthetic and calming. What I LOVE most about mine is that it connects to up to 3 different devices at once. I can switch between my laptop, work computer, and iPad with just one click on the keyboard or mouse. No reconnecting, no hassle, just seamless switching. It makes multitasking so much easier, especially when I’m jumping between meetings, planning, and content work throughout the day. And of course it’s cute AND functional, which is always the goal. 4. A Headphone Holder Small but Game Changing This is one of those underrated desk essentials that makes a bigger difference than you’d expect. A headphone holder keeps your space clean, organized, and visually clutter free. It’s a small detail, but having a designated place for everything makes your workspace feel way more put together. 5. A Standing Desk A standing desk completely changed how I work throughout the day. Sitting all day can make me feel sluggish, so being able to switch between sitting and standing helps me stay more energized and focused. I especially love using it during long meetings or afternoon slumps when I need a reset. 6. A Chair That Supports the Way You Actually Sit If you work from home for long hours, having a comfortable chair is honestly one of the most important parts of your setup. I quickly realized traditional office chairs just did not work for me because I’m constantly changing positions throughout the day. That’s why I love my Pipersong Meditation Cross Legged Chair PRO. It’s designed for people who like to move, fidget, or sit cross legged comfortably while working. The flexible design and footrest make it so much easier to stay comfortable during long work sessions. I also love that it doesn’t feel bulky or overly office like. It fits perfectly into a cozy aesthetic workspace while still being super functional. 7. A Reliable Computer Setup Your computer is the foundation of your entire workspace, so having something fast and reliable is key. I use a Mac Mini for work and content creation, and it has been one of the smoothest setups I’ve ever had. It keeps my desk clean and minimal while still handling everything I need, multitasking, calls, planning, and creative work. 8. A Good Webcam for Meetings Even if you are not constantly on camera, having a good webcam makes a huge difference in how polished and professional you look during meetings. I use a webcam from Logitech and it’s one of those small upgrades that instantly improved my setup. The quality is so much clearer than a built in laptop camera, especially in low lighting. It’s also super simple, plug and play, no stress. When you’re juggling a busy workday, that ease matters more than anything. 9. Office Storage & Bookshelf Having the right office storage and furniture makes a huge difference in how your workspace feels and functions. I’ve learned that when everything has a place, it’s so much easier to stay focused and avoid visual clutter throughout the day. A good storage setup helps keep your desk clear, your essentials organized, and your space feeling calm instead of chaotic. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes upgrades that doesn’t seem exciting at first, but completely changes how productive and intentional your workspace feels. Working from home has completely changed the way I think about productivity and comfort. Over the years, I’ve realized it is not about having a perfect setup, it is about creating a space that supports how you actually work and live day to day. These essentials have helped me stay focused, organized, and motivated while also making my workspace feel more enjoyable and aesthetic. If you are slowly upgrading your own WFH setup, start small. Even one or two of these changes can make a huge difference in your daily routine. xoxo, Hi! I’m Chloe, someone who’s always been drawn to creative spaces.
